In this interview conduted by the journalist Bettina Dupont, WoBio members Verena Ibl and Lisa Horn explain why the initiative was founded in 2015, the current situation regarding gender at the University of Vienna, and its causes. They describe our activitites and accomplishments: networking for women, role model seminars, regular meetings and workshops, family room, events for the International Day of Women's Rights... They remind that any woman* from the postgraduate stage can join the initiative for free, simply by registering to our mailing list. Finally, they announce our plans for this year, including our WoBio's Welcome Day 2023 on May 24th!
