Sabine Eggers is a researcher, curator, and the head of the International Osteological Collection at the Natural History Museum in Vienna. Her recent work mainly involves researching the colonial acquisition context and the restitution of objects from ethnographic and anthropological collections, as well as provenance research and repatriation. Furthermore, she works on the evaluation, interpretation, and genetic study of the skeletal series housed at the Natural History Museum Vienna.
