Background: With a background in Law and Legal Gender Studies and advanced training in diversity and change management, Sylwia Bukowska brings a thoughtful and practice-oriented perspective to transformation in higher education. At the University of Vienna, she plays a key role in the SAP HR implementation, acting as a vital interface between the system and its users. Her work emphasizes meaningful knowledge exchange, user-centered communication, and fostering a culture of change rooted in respect, critical reflection, openness and a sense of humor.

Affiliation: Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Office, Institute of Science and Technology Austria
Background: Hilde is a biologist by training and was an academic researcher for 15 years, with a PhD in Switzerland, Postdocs in the USA and a lab management position in Spain. Throughout her scientific career, she gained long-standing experience as a freelance trainer and mentor in the fields of Gender Equity, Interpersonal Communication and (Self-)leadership skills exclusively for scientists. She has substantial experience with conflict management in academia. Since Fall 2016, she supports ISTA with Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.
