Sexual harassment workgroup

Sexual harassment has many facets, from small jokes to inappropriate touching to the worst-case scenario. This happens everywhere and unfortunately also at our university. Many people are not aware of their inappropriate behavior or do not have the sensitivity to understand when boundaries are being crossed.

Victims most often suffer in silence and feel left alone with this problem.

Our working group has set itself the goal of preventing and counteracting sexual harassment by sensitizing managers and employees to the issue and offering victims guidance on the next steps
