Role Model Seminar
The aim of this seminar series is for young female scientists to provide an overview on scientific carrier possibilities through senior female scientists and their experience, constructive tools, knowledge, and advices.
To better understand the motivation of the participants we developed a questionnaire, which is currently evaluated.
